Organizational Change Management Lead
13-month Contract
Tacoma, WA (Hybrid)
Our utilities client is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to manage and deliver all related tasks and activities around organizational change management for successful migration from SAP ECC to S4/HANA and Service Cloud. Following duties are included, and are not limited to, in OCM Manager’s responsibilities:
- Partnering with City SAP PMO team, City Change Management Team and business partners to develop and implement SAP OCM Strategy and Plan
- Closely work with SAP PMO and OCM in Stakeholder Analysis and mapping, change impact and action plans, Change readiness approach, and Communication plan
- In partnership with City SAP PMO and OCM to support content creation for key communications to end users
- Closely work with the SAP division-level partners and Change Agents to identify and augment Utility-centric communication and training plans
- Support the implementation and use of SAP’s Enable Now toolset for use in the development of business process documentation and training/support materials
- Monitor completion of communications efforts and periodically assess effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience as Change Manager
- ADKAR training and experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
- Must have experience leading change for an ERP, or similar large scale, organization wide change implementation, preferably including SAP experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to build trust with business partners and senior leadership teams with change strategy
- Accustomed to quickly grasping change needs on large complex projects and topic areas
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Work well under pressure and adhere to strict timelines
- Utilities industry experience
